Update: electronicfest canceled this Sunday, Jun 21st – Next event will be Oct 18th

We have a long tradition of providing a positive impact with our monthly electornicfest event. For many years, we have been able to serve both our community, as well as, our developing scouts while helping the environment. We are committed to continuing to host electronicfest and growing it stronger than ever in a post-COVID environment. However, at this point, we cannot host our event with the potential exposure threat to our scouts, their families. Thus, we have made the difficult decision that electronicfest will be canceled in June, July, August and Sept. We are targeting reopening in the month of October with new safety procedures in place.

Our current plans are to hold our next electronicfest event on

Sunday, October 18th.

Please circle the dates on your calendars and let’s plan to come back as a community stronger than ever. As you can imagine, our plans are evolving and we’ll continue to monitor current events. We will continue to send out communications as updates become available.

Update: electronicfest canceled this Sunday, May 17th

Safety of our Scouts and community is, and always has been, our top priority. We have made the difficult decision to cancel electronicfest this weekend out of concern for our scouts and the community. We’ll continue to monitor the status of the COVID-19 outbreak and will evaluate when it is prudent to re-open with the proper safety protocols in place.

Gov. Doug Ducey announced the state has reached certain milestones suggesting a downward trend in COVID-19 outbreaks, making him comfortable in allowing the order, issued on March 30, to expire on May 16. With this, we can start to mobilize and prepare for a post-virus event environment. There are precautions that need to be planned and taken with our volunteer youth staff of Boy Scouts, our vendors and the general public to protect all participants. This is especially true with our electronicfest event due to the condition and quantity of donations received from multiple people and sources. We are actively working to establish a plan to safely re-open the event and will provide communication updates as soon as available.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We appreciate your support over the many years. We all look forward to moving beyond this crisis and continuing to host our monthly event.
